Environment · Survey results from Community, Staff, and Students reviewed Biannually and action plans created from the data. · Development of Master Facility plan and completion of Middle School. · Continued development of scaffolding to support struggling learners.
Student Achievement · Clearly identifiable integration of staff development opportunities into classroom applications. · MAP data will be used to develop instructional plans. · Iowa Core Curriculum will be successfully implemented. · The percentage of students who are proficient on the ITBS and ITED in grades 3-8 and 11 will increase in math, reading and science. · Technology will be meaningfully incorporated into student learning.
Community and Family Involvement · Reporting tools will be utilized that give parents meaningful information on their child’s academic progress. · Increased meaningful opportunities for parents to participate in their child’s education. · All buildings will be expected to increase the number of press release information to inform the community of what is happening in school and to honor the achievements of students and staff.
